Who we are
Stanley & Paulsen, based in Milan, Italy, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach our team at hello@stanleypaulsen.com.
What we collect

Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (orders), consent (marketing), legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligation.
Sharing
We share data only with carefully selected processors who help us run our business: payment providers, carriers, email and analytics tools, and IT infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep order data for ten years to meet Italian tax requirements, account data for as long as your account is active, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of twelve months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
