Shipping.

Each pair of Stanley & Paulsen frames is prepared by hand, inspected, and packed in our protective travel case before leaving the atelier. We ship by the fastest route available to your destination; the full details of your shipment — carrier, tracking, and estimated delivery — are always available in your account.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within two to four working days. Engraving, prescription lenses, and limited editions may require up to ten working days. You will receive an email the moment your order leaves Milan.

Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays are processed the following working day.

Delivery times

We ship by the fastest route available from our atelier to your address. Indicative express times once your order has left Milan:

  • — Italy: 1–2 working days
  • — European Union: 2–4 working days
  • — United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 working days
  • — United States & Canada: 3–6 working days
  • — Rest of world: 5–10 working days

Carriers & tracking

We ship with DHL Express and UPS, fully insured and signature-required. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the parcel is collected, and is also visible at any time in your account under Orders, alongside the carrier, the service used, and the latest delivery status.

Shipping cost

Complimentary express shipping on all orders over €250 worldwide. Below that threshold, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Duties & taxes

Orders within the European Union are delivered with all duties and taxes included. For destinations outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to undervalue parcels or mark them as gifts.

Address changes & lost parcels

If you need to amend an address, please write to hello@stanleypaulsen.com within twelve hours of placing your order, or update it directly from your account. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.
