Stanley & Paulsen is based in Milan, Italy. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Stanley & Paulsen. References to "you" mean the person accessing the site or placing an order.

An order placed through the site is an offer to purchase. The contract between us is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order, including for reasons of stock, suspected fraud, or pricing error.

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout or upon delivery, depending on destination.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation through the providers listed at checkout.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Every frame is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Italian and EU law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those statutory rights.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

All content on this site, including text, photography, illustrations, design, and the Stanley & Paulsen name and marks, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to interfere with other users' enjoyment of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Milan have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
