Returns.
Buying eyewear without trying it on requires trust. We extend that trust both ways: thirty days to decide, with returns handled simply — and at no cost within the European Union.
Thirty-day window
You may return any unworn, undamaged frame within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. The frame must be returned in its original case, with cleaning cloth, paperwork, and outer packaging intact.
How to start a return
Write to aftersales@stanleypaulsen.com with your order number and a short note requesting a refund. We will reply within one working day with the next steps and any documentation you need.

Return shipping
A prepaid return label is provided free of charge for customers within the European Union. Once your return is approved, the label is issued by email and added to your account.
Outside the European Union, a prepaid label is not included. You are welcome to return the parcel with a carrier of your choice; the shipping cost, and any duties involved in returning the goods, are at your expense and entirely by choice. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Final sale
Prescription lenses, engraved frames, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Two-year warranty
Every frame is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including hinge failure, lamination separation, and finish faults. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or loss. Reach out and we will assess, repair, or replace at our discretion.
Repairs after the warranty
We offer paid repairs for the lifetime of every frame we make. Send the piece to our Milan atelier and we will return a quote within a week.
